Follow along our The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 3 Episode 11 recap.
There are two fights on this episode.
The two finalists for Octagon Girls are Ana Cecelia and Fernanda Hernandes. The fighters picked them.
Bruce Buffer was in Brazil. He said he’d never been to a The Ultimate Fighter set before. At the weigh-ins, Chael said that the four finalists would get a paid trip to Las Vegas with Chael and Wanderlei and see a UFC event. Presumably this is the July 5th show that both Chael and Wanderlei are fighting on.
The first fight to get into the finals is a middleweight fight.
Wagner “Wagnao” Gomes Vs. Warlley Alves
Welp, that was fast. Warlley came out throwing hard kicks. Wagnao went for a takedown, but once Warlley’s back hit the cage, he put Wagnao in a tight guillotine and Wagnao had to tap.
Winner: Warlley Alves by way of 1st round submission
Warlley was very excited to go to Las Vegas. Chael says the only person who can stop Warlley is Warlley. He said that he could be a champion in a year.
Pezao doesn’t like Antonio because Antonio likes to goof around and play grab ass.
Antonio should be fighting at light heavyweight rather than heavyweight and I’m sure if his career continues in the UFC, he’ll go down to that weight. Pezao outweighs him by a ton.
Antonio Carlos “Cara De Sapato” Junior Vs. Marcos “Pezao” Rogerio
Pezao came out swinging with bad intentions. His corner kept telling him to calm down. Antonio didn’t back down. He got Pezao down. Pezao worked back to his feet, but couldn’t get into good position and gave up his back. Antonio used a near-German suplex on him to get him back down, sunk in a rear naked choke while also body locking him figure four style. Pezao tapped out.
Winner: Antonio Carlos “Cara De Sapato” Junior by 1st round submission
Pezao had a lot of nice things to say about Chael including that he’ll cherish every thing he’s taught him.
The next episode also has two fights each and it will be the last episode of the bunch until the finale.
