It’s time for our Tough Enough recap.
There’s only five contestants left and we’re getting down to the nitty gritty.
Paige says the women are safe tonight. Well, when you only have two girls left, it has to work that way.
They recap what happened after GiGi left. Amanda asked Sara Lee if she feels guilty because the WWE Universe keeps saving her. She’s trying to create doubt in Sara Lee’s head. But it’s actually ridiculous to do that, because it will only make Sara Lee’s fans decide they have to make sure and vote. She needs to stop being a heel if she wants a chance at winning.
Tanner does exactly the same thing, which is doubly stupid. ZZ is the sympathy vote for the guys and Tanner came off as a bully from the start. What makes Tanner believe that further bullying ZZ is going to make people change their mind? Idiotic.
The challenge is about discipline. They have to set up the ring. Tanner said it took them about 2-3 hours to put it up. They’re now talking about finishers. Finishers before learning how to put more than 3 moves together?
The coaches want Sara Lee to bring it. But she doesn’t have a finisher. Lita wants her to use Ronda Rousey’s arm bar. The setup is a neck breaker of sorts before going into the arm bar. Dana Brooke was working with her.
Tanner’s finisher is high cross off the top. They want him to show some anger once he gets to the top, but he can’t channel it so they make him scream instead. Jason Jordan takes it for him.
Josh wants to use a powerbomb, but the coaches think it’s too dangerous this early. Instead, they give him an avalanche in the corner, into an Oklahoma Stampede. And he gets to do his Yeti call.
Amanda is using Trish Stratus’ Stratusfaction and it looked really good.
ZZ wanted to do a submission that’s close to how he wrangles gators. He puts a knee in the middle of the back and grabs underneath the jaw and pulling up. He set it up with a flapjack.
For some reason, Amanda and ZZ get along. He then picked her up and she slapped his ass.
Back live, Miz asks ZZ if he’s manipulating the audience. He says no. Paige and Daniel Bryan are busting his balls about a comment he made about him being the total package. Miz is busting him about his cardio again.
Sara Lee says Booker is the hardest on her. Tanner says that he has an inability to change his facial expressions. Amanda says she’s not bitchy, but she’s playing a bitchy character.
Josh says being a good father is very important to him. He also said he didn’t mean to come from the shadows, but it just happened that way.
All the guys cut promos on why they should stay. Nothing was really memorable, though Josh cut his into a lollipop and then gave Paige the lollipop. That was pretty smart. He also called his fans the Yeti Nation. Somehow, I don’t think that one lasts.
If Bryan needs to use the save, he needs to use it here. I can’t imagine he can use it next week. He decided not to.

The vote was actually closer than I thought it would be. And Josh has clearly surpassed ZZ. It’s his spot to lose.
Final thoughts: We are down to the final four. And the finale is next week. I fully expect Sara Lee and Josh to be declared the victors.
