We’re down to the final actual episode of the Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV. The season finale is this weekend and tonight, we’ll see which other two fighters make it.

Dodson says this fight is different because his opponent (Johnny Bedford) is standing right there watching him. Bedford wants him because he was the mole. Mayhem says that he’ll let the guys choose which assistant coaches they want in their corner and he’ll sit off to the side and just watch.

Dodson says he has a Napoleon complex.

Johnny Bedford vs. John Dodson

It’s 5’10 vs. 5’3. Jeez Dodson, at least say that you’re 5’5.

Pretty close first round. Bedford had some nice counter strikes early on. But Dodson is a problem for him. Whenever he gets in close, he gets punched with a short hook. Both men got takedowns. Bedford looks frustrated.

Bedford rocked him a bit early in the round, but Dodson caught him with a short hook and he went down. Dodson followed up with rapid fire shots on the ground and it was over.

Winner: John Dodson by 2nd round TKO

Bryan Caraway says he’s thrown up before 30 of his 33 fights. Mayhem tries to hype him up a bit. If I had to fight crazy Diego, I’d throw up before the fight too.

On the last night in the house, Mayhem parties with the guys and starts riding his bike while in his underwear. He then jumps into the pool with his bike.

Bryan Caraway vs. Diego Brandao

Diego threw a left hook that put a hole in the door while coming out.

This was one of the poorer stoppages I’ve seen in a while. Diego was all over him and was drilling him with shots on the ground. He took a ton of unnecessary punishment. Caraway had that look on his face that said, “Get me out of here.” Diego is a mini-Mike Tyson.

Winner: Diego Brandao by 1st round TKO

Diego calls out Dennis for talking shit. Dennis looked over to whoever was to his left and said he didn’t say anything. He already looked scared.

Bisping tells Mayhem, “Welcome to the UFC.” Mayhem has already fought in the UFC before buddy.

I’m a little bummed out that we’re nearly done with the season. I believe there are just two episodes left including this one. It’s been a fantastic season. The fights have been good and the back and forth between Mayhem and Bisping has been good as well.

Dustin handed a goody bag to a homeless man on his way to the gym. Dustin fights TJ on this show.

The house had a BBQ and invited Mayhem and his coaches. Dustin was challenged to eat a cockroach for some money. And he decided to take the challenge for 60 bones. Come on Mayhem! Bring out more cash for that.

Mayhem and Bisping are playing air hockey for $10,000 in a best out of five games. Bisping takes the first game 7-1. He takes the second game 7-4. Mayhem takes the third game 7-5 before Bisping wins the entire thing by winning his third game 7-4. He jumped on top of the air hockey table with the money and then fell on his back and hit his head when he tried to get off.

Dustin Pague vs. TJ Dillashaw

Pague was on his back for much of the first round. Dillashaw is able to get off first and his short and quick punches are doing more damage than Pague’s longer strikes. Dillashaw no sold a nasty knee.

Second round was similar, but Pague was able to land shots from the bottom. Still took a bit of a beating. Dillashaw landed some shots and then immediately went for the takedown. Pague can’t get off his back.

Brutal ground fight. Dillashaw was nailing him with hammer fists. Dillashaw was setting up his takedowns with nasty body shots.

Winner: TJ Dillashaw by way of unanimous decision

Two judges scored it 30-26 and one judge scored it 30-27.

Next week are the last two fights until the finale.

Akira is making fun of Caraway because he likes to put gel in his hair. He grabbed some clippers and took a chunk out of his hair. Dick move! If Dana could work the finishes, Caraway would get revenge!

Mayhem was worried that Tiki was going to do something to his car so he rode his bike to the gym. Bisping drifted the hell out of his car into the parking lot. Bisping tried to keep Mayhem’s crew in the locker room by trash talking and then exploded the fire extinguisher on them and brought in some mariachis. I have no idea what this means, but these dudes are acting like it was the greatest prank ever. Mayhem loved the prank, even though it was on him.

Johnny Bedford is pissed because he’s got a fight coming up and had to breath in the chemicals.

Bisping does a drill with Akira to where he’s got to work off his back and he didn’t like it a bit. He just wants to stand and trade.

Marcus pulls a prank on Bisping with Akira and dropped a sweaty jock right in Bisping’s face. Bisping picked Akira up and slammed him and then put Marcus’ jock on his face. Akira said that he and Marcus are now brothers since he just tasted his salty balls. Not sure how that makes them brothers.

Akira is serenading Dennis Bermudez before the fight. This dude is hilarious.

Dennis Bermudez vs. Akira Corassani

Akira started out quickly by tagging him and Bermudez looked a little lost. But he got his composure back after tying him up and pushing him up against the cage. He rung Bermudez again who won’t move his head for the life of him. But he tagged Akira with a straight right as well. Akira knocked him down and Bermudez immediately went for the shot and took him down. He then put a front guillotine on him. It looked like Akira tapped about three times, but he finally tapped.

Winner: Dennis Bermudez by way of 1st round submission

Akira had no idea what happened and started going nuts for a second. No matter what happens, Akira needs to have at least one or two fights in the UFC. The guy is entertaining.

(Yes, I’m behind by two shows. Trying to catch up by this weekend.)

They show Roland’s foot and it looks like a puffy brick. Jason Miller brings in Rafael Cordero in to show the guys some striking technique.

Michael Bisping brings in Tito Ortiz to workout and chat with his team. Marcus Brimage makes a crack about the size of his head. Why don’t you just say he does HGH?

TJ’s teammates are pissed at him for asking for the easier fight since he believes he’s the best 135er. Akira and Diego are going to be a little tough on him in practice, or so they say.

TJ was getting roughed up by both guys and was frustrated. He dropped Akira on his shoulder. He then sparred with Marcus and they both got heated at each other.

Roland got cleared to fight. I hope he doesn’t kick someone in the face with that puss ridden foot.

Mayhem had cement blocks placed around Tiki’s car so that he would have a hard time getting out.

Roland Delorme vs. TJ Dillashaw

Dillashaw had his way with him. He took him down easily. Was able to get his back easily. Transitioned to every position he really wanted to easily. The only thing that kept Delorme in it was his guard. Delorme looked okay standing, but couldn’t stay off his back.

TJ dropped him to the floor with a straight right hand. Delorme looked out, but popped his head up when he hit the mat. I thought he was out again, but he was allowed to continue. TJ did damage from half guard and didn’t seem to want to pass. He started to drop elbows on poor Delorme. He got his back, put in the choke, and the referee stopped it.

Winner: TJ Dillashaw by way of 2nd round submission

The semifinals are set.

135s
TJ Dillashaw vs. Dustin Pague
John Dodson vs. Johnny Bedford

145s
Akira Corassani vs. Dennis Burmudez
Diego Brandao vs. Bryan Caraway

Bisping is the the best heel in the world. After Akira wins his fight, he badgers assistant coach Ryan Parsons, though Parsons was asking for it, based on what we saw.

There’s an awesome scene where Bisping and Diego are sitting on a couch, both wearing sunglasses and acting like Diego is going to run through Siler. Bisping says Diego can get a bit tired and Siler is tougher than he looks.

Diego says he’s fighting for his father who passed away. He looks like a mini-Thiago Alves. Siler looks a little nervous and he should.

Steven Siler vs. Diego Brandao

Brandao came out with a wacky flying knee and he’s winging punches like crazy. He threw a nasty overhand right that landed and followed up with a left hook and it was lights out. Siler didn’t have a chance.

Winner: Diego Brandao by way of 1st round TKO

Bisping is just ripping Miller while Miller’s trying to console Siler. Miller says Bisping might have a small penis and that’s why he’s such a dick.

Roland Delorme has something on his foot that Miller thinks could be staph.

Bisping cuts a promo on both teams and on Miller which was simply amazing. He’s making himself out to be such a star. Too bad this thing isn’t getting the ratings it deserves.

John Dodson vs. John Albert

Dodson is too fast for Albert and Albert knows it. Dodson is in and out with some wide punches, but he’s quick enough to land them. He also has nice kicks. Albert is just trying to get him to the ground. Dodson wins the round. He landed more shots and was just more impressive.

Albert is doing better in the second round. He tried jumping into a rear naked, but didn’t get it. Dodson is able to slip out of his grasp every time. Second round is close and can go either way. Dodson got a takedown at the end of the round.

Winner: John Dodson by way of unanimous decision

Albert is very emotional after the loss.

Louis with the green hair lets Bisping know what the next fight is, so he gets his guy ready by throwing wrestlers at him. It’s Stephen Bass who is fighting for Team Bisping. Bisping roughed him up a bit and gave him a black eye.

Bisping didn’t show up to the fight announcement. Mayhem chooses Dennis Bermudez to face Bass, just like they figured. Bermudez lost his last two fights before coming on the show and he equates losing with dying. Bass thinks he’s too big for Bermudez.

Dennis Bermudez vs. Stephen Bass

Bermudez took him down and was raining hands down on Bass. Bass wasn’t even really fighting back but he was trying to defend himself. He took an beating for most of the round. Bermudez couldn’t put him away.

Bermudez started the second like the first. He came in and landed some shots. Then he landed a big knee and Bass went down. I thought he was done, but he grabbed his foot and was able to keep him off for a bit. But Bermudez was back on top of him, hitting him on the side of his head and trying for his back. Mayhem was yelling at the referee to stop it because Bass wasn’t intelligently defending himself. It was finally stopped.

Winner: Dennis Bermudez by 2nd round TKO

Bisping tells his team to listen to the coaching all while Bass had ice on his face and looked miserable. Bass says that he’s a terrible follower. Ha!

Mayhem picks the next fight. He chooses Dustin Pague to face Louis Gaudinot. Dustin Pague put a green afro wig on.

Mayhem is wondering how Team Bisping always knows the match-ups. Mayhem thinks Pague is a future superstar.

Bass told Bisping that he went too hard on him and that’s part of the reason why he lost. Bisping said to not blame him for his loss.

Dennis Pague vs. Louis Gaudinot

Gaudinot used Roddy Piper’s chew gum and kick ass line.

Hell of a first round. Gaudinot was getting off first and Pague was having a problem with his speed. Every time Gaudinot came inside though, he took a knee. Gaudinot held his own, but Pague really started to pick him apart in the last minute and a half or so. He won the round by dominating the end of it.

Pague lit him up in the second round, bloodying him and then got his back and sunk in a rear naked choke. The first round was competitive, but the second round was domination.

Winner: Dustin Pague by way of 2nd round TKO

During training, Mayhem says that he’s going to teach them the first rule of the octagon, which is to protect yourself at all times. And he started wacking them with foam noodles.

Team Bisping hijacked the tires off Mayhem’s car and put them in his training room. Mayhem got a kick out of it.

Team Bisping sparred at 60%, but then they started to go all out. Marcus was in the middle of a lot of it. Bisping says Diego is a ticking time bomb.

Akira is the guy who makes people laugh in the house. He sat on the pool table and put a jock and cup on and had people shoot the cue ball into his nuts. He’s nutty. He’s also the prankster, putting stuff in people’s gloves.

Mayhem gets to pick the bantamweight fight. It’s Johnny Bedford vs. Josh Ferguson. Ferguson showed Bedford a sign that said FU Bedford and it was on at the face-off.

Bedford has a bad right hand and he seems scared to let it go.

Dustin Neace was tired of all Akira’s pranks and dumped rice all over his bed. They were trash talking, but it was nowhere near the heat that Bedford and Ferguson had.

Bedford says he’s been fighting for 6 or 7 years and he and his family have been dirt poor chasing his dream.

Johnny Bedford vs. Josh Ferguson

Bedford has about a 5 inch height advantage and a 7 inch reach advantage. Bedford got the first takedown. He didn’t do much in Ferguson’s guard and let him back up. Ferguson has nice hands, but he keeps getting caught in Bedford’s clinch and he was then just tossed to the ground. Bedford was in side control and went for Ferguson’s arm. He nearly got an arm bar, but ended up on the bottom. Ferguson’s got a mouse underneath his left eye.

Bedford is just able to toss him down. He’s using his height advantage for leverage. Ferguson was back up and tried to throw a running knee, but was caught and slammed to the ground. Bedford stayed on top of him to grind out the round.

Winner: Johnny Bedford by way of unanimous decision

Next week, there are two fights. And someone tells Bisping he’s training them too hard. Wahhh.

This season, Jason “Mayhem” Miller and Michael Bisping are the coaches. With Mayhem, you’ll get shenanigans. With Bisping, you’ll get douche baggy-ness. While I’m not sure I care about them fighting each other at the end of the season, I think they’ll be an entertaining duo.

But we should get some of the best fights in TUF history with the 135 and 145 pounders. It’s the first time either weight class has ever been on the show so that means we’re going to see some really good guys. I imagine there are tons of guys who are undiscovered in both weight classes.

Dana tells the 32 guys that at the end of the season, fans will vote for the knockout, submission, and fight of the night and they’ll be able to win $25,000 each.

They have to win a fight to get in the house. One of the guys just said his nickname was Big Pimpin’ D-Bomb.

Josh Ferguson (bantam) is fighting Casey Dyer (bantam) first off. Ferguson absolutely overwhelmed him and put him out. I think Dyer threw one punch.

Diego Brandao (feather) is fighting Jesse Newell (feather). Newell was holding his own, but Brandao landed a nasty left hook and pretty much knocked him out and then hit him with a forearm on the ground for good measure.

John Dodson (bantam) is fighting Brandon Merkt (bantam). Dodson threw some sick body shots to put Merkt out. He held him and just blasted his ribs.

Dennis Bermudez (feather) is fighting Jimmie Rivera. Bermudez says that he was a good wrestler and had to stop because he got someone pregnant, only to find out two years later that the kid was not his. That’s nuts. Bermudez won by tiring out Rivera in the second round after Rivera easily won the first round. He finished him with punches.

BJ Ferguson (bantam) is fighting Roland Delorme. BJ is Josh Ferguson’s brother. He also has a wildman beard. Delorme sunk in a triangle for the win. The brothers won’t be in together.

Marcus Brimage (feather) is fighting Bryson Wailehua-Hansen. You will rarely see anyone take as many punches to the face and not fall down like Wailehua-Hansen did. Holy cow. He lasted the first round after being blasted by at least 50 punches to the face. It was stopped in the second round. It’s the first time I’ve seen a fight stopped where the guy who lost never went down.

Carson Beebe (bantam) is fighting Johnny Bedford (bantam). Carson is Chase Beebe’s little brother. Bedford finished him by out-wresting him and sinking in a guillotine for the tap.

Dustin Pague (bantam) is fighting Tateki Matsuda, the first Japanese TUF contestant. Pague won a close decision. Bisping, Dana, and Mayhem all had it as a draw.

Paul McVeigh (bantam) is fighting Louis Gaudinot who has green hair. He looks like a clown. The first two rounds were split so it went into sudden death. Gaudinot finished him in the third. Looks like we’ll see more green hair.

Eric Marriott (feather) is fighting Bryan Caraway (feather). I remember hearing Caraway’s name before. He won the fight that they barely showed any clips from.

Josh Clopton (feather) is fighting Dustin Neace (feather). They barely showed clips of this one too, so I imagine it was a pretty boring fight. Neace won the decision, which seemed to surprise both Dana and Bisping.

Matt Jaggers (bantam) is fighting TJ Dillashaw (bantam). Dillashaw finished him right at the end of the first round. Jagger might’ve actually survived the round, but he couldn’t get up when the round ended.

Steven Siler (feather) is fighting Micah Miller (feather). He’s Cole Miller’s brother. They’re playing it up like Miller’s the best guy in the tournament. Siler subbed Miller out with a guillotine which was the biggest upset of the tournament. Dana circled Miller before the fight started.

John Albert (bantam) is fighting Orville Smith (bantam). Albert was winning the fight, then took him down, which everyone thought was a mistake, but he still subbed him.

Stephen Bass (feather) is fighting Karsten Lenjoint (feather). Bass subbed him out after Lenjoint gassed.

Brian Pearman (feather) is fighting Akira Corassani. What a cool name. Pearman decided to protect his face with his face. After taking so many big shots, he finally went out. That was kind of scary.

It looks like there will be tons of hijinks this season and people are going to be squirting water at Michael Bisping all season.

Chuck O’Neil wants to give Charlie some of his win bonus because Charlie’s having an issue with his baby momma and his oldest son. That’s a pretty nice gesture.

Chuck is facing Zach, who has already beaten him before.

Zach Davis vs. Chuck O’Neil

O’Neil started out aggressively with straight right hands and leg kicks. Davis pushed him up against the cage and held him there for a bit. Davis’ eye is already busted open. O’Neil flurried late in the round and I thought it was going to get stopped. His round easily.

Davis’ face is entirely deformed. He can’t block O’Neil’s right hand. Every time he tried to take him down, O’Neil could see it coming and sprawled. Davis’ hands were very lazy. He’d throw a punch, miss, and forget to put his hands back up and just get tagged. O’Neil wins this fight easily.

Winner: Chuck O’Neil by way of unanimous decision

Davis’s retina on both eyes are torn and the doctor doesn’t want him to fight anymore.

Up next is Tony Ferguson vs. Ryan McGillivray.

McGillivray has a herky jerky stand-up. Not all that smooth and kind of jumpy. Ferguson caught him with a counter left-uppercut and followed him to the ground. The referee immediately jumped in to stop it.

Winner: Tony Ferguson by way of 1st round TKO

The first semi-final will be Ramsey vs. Chris Cope which makes the second, Chuck O’Neil vs. Tony Ferguson.

Before the show ended, they showed clips of Tony Ferguson going crazy on someone which looked like goofiness that got out of control. It was with Charlie. Tony started to get belligerent talking about Charlie’s kid at home. Chuck has promised to take Tony’s dreams away in Charlie’s honor.
