Koscheck’s team has a bad start to their practice and he rips them a new one for their lackluster practice. They finish off strong.
GSP picks Michael Johnson to fight Aaron Wilkinson who thinks he’s being underestimated. GSP says Johnson is the best athlete on the team. Koscheck says it’s their turn around fight. Of course he says that. He has to.
GSP tells Michael not to circle to his power hand and to circle left, because he’ll constantly have to reset.
Koscheck and his team pulled two cars close to GSP’s car on the right and left side so that he couldn’t get in after training. GSP says Josh isn’t the first guy to ever get under his skin and then said that it wasn’t his first rodeo. At least he tried to say rodeo.
Wilkinson says that Team Koscheck reminds him of fighting at Wolfslair. Josh says that if they can pull it off and win, he’s going to motorboat his ass. I hope he didn’t mean what that sounded like. Continue Reading »

Ariel Helwani caught up with The Rock who attended UFC 119 in Indianapolis and was able to get a short interview with him. The most surprising thing is that he said that if the UFC was as big in the mid 90s as it is now, he would’ve skipped WWE altogether and gone into MMA.
He also didn’t really answer Ariel’s question about whether or not MMA is hurting WWE’s business, unless I somehow missed out on what he was trying to say.
