They recap the fight between Junie Browning and Roli Delgado. I still can’t believe how terrible Roli was on his feet. It’s like he never threw a punch in his life.

Frank Mir told Junie that it wasn’t good enough. Mir says it was a victory that was almost a loss. Mir says that Junie scares the shit out of him outside the ring.

Krzysztof thinks he fractured his thumb. Mir says that Vinnie has a good ground game, but MMA is a different animal.

Big Nog loves Jules for his heart. He’s worried because he can’t pick the fights since he doesn’t have the control.

Frank Mir’s team has to run with snorkels in their mouth which restricts oxygen. Then he has the guys jump into a trash can of ice water so that it immediately treats the inflammation.

Mir says that Vinny’s jiu jitsu is just as good or better than Nogueira’s and that by rolling with Vinnie, Nog won’t be that hard after. I think Mir just signed his death warrant.

It was Big Nog’s birthday and the guys made him dinner and a cake. Shane, who already lost, and Vinnie think that Team Nog’s closeness is fake.

Mir chooses Vinny to take on Jules in the next light heavyweight match-up.

Team Nog tells Big Nog that Vinny has been running his mouth, saying that he thinks he’s better than Big Nog. Big Nog calls him out on it and tells him that they are now enemies in Portuguese. Vinny tries to tell him that he would never say anything bad about Big Nog, but Big Nog doesn’t accept it and says he’s not going to talk to him anymore.

Jules says he won’t let it go to the ground and he’s going to bust his teeth out of his mouth.

Vinny seems a bit worried about getting hit.

Krzysztof created a mini funeral on Jules’ bed. He even bought an RIP sign.

Jules was pretty confident yet Vinny wasn’t. He even had a bad dream that he was submitted by Jules.

Vinny Magalhaes vs. Jules Bruchez

Vinny decided to stand up and be a kick boxer. It was a tremendously boring 3 minutes. Vinny threw a knee in the corner, then tried to jump into a triangle. They went to the ground, Vinny immediately got the mount, draped his foot across Jules’ throat (think gogoplata from being on top) and then sat back and yanked on an arm bar for the win.

Winner: Vinny Magalhaes by 1st round submission.
